Качественный и количественный состав рецептурных компонентов научно обоснован, исходя из их биохимических и фармакологических характеристик. Представлены доказательные клинические материалы эффективности и функциональной направленности БАД путем ее включения в комплексное лечение детей с переломами длинных трубчатых костей по одной капсуле два раза (дети 3–7 лет) и по одной капсуле три раза в день (8–14 лет). Изучали содержание фосфора, ионизированного кальция, щелочной фосфатазы сыворотки крови, проводили рентгенологические исследования, лазерную доплеровскую флуометрию. Применение диетотерапии снижало болевой синдром и посттравматический отек мягких тканей, что позволило ограничить назначение анальгетиков и уменьшить сроки реабилитации. Нормализовались биохимические показатели. Сделано заключение о положительном влиянии витаминно-минерального комплекса на функционирование суставов и восстановительные процессы при трофических нарушениях мягких тканей и развитии посттравматического отека. Разработаны рекомендации для репрезентативных групп детей с травматологическим профилем: 3–7 лет – по одной капсулы два раза, 8–14 лет – по одной капсулы три раза в день во время приема пищи. Специализированный продукт производится на предприятиях компании «Арт-Лайф» (г. Томск), сертифицированных по требованиям международных стандартов 9001,22000 и правил GMP, обеспечивающих конкурентоспособность и стабильность качественных характеристик.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A vitamin-mineral complex in tablet form of a biologically active additive (BAA) was developed, consisting of the following ingredients: hydroxyapatite calcium, magnesium oxide, chondroitin sulfate, vitamin C, silicon oxide, zinc oxide, manganese sulfate, boron glycyrate, chromium picolinate and cholecalciferol. The qualitative and quantitative composition of prescription components is scientifically based on their biochemical and pharmacological characteristics. Evidence-based clinical materials on the effectiveness and functional orientation of dietary supplements are presented through its inclusion in the complex treatment of children with fractures of the long bones, one capsule twice (children 3–7 years old) and one capsule three times a day (8–14 years). Studied the content of phosphorus, ionized calcium, alkaline phosphatase of the blood serum, conducted x-ray, laser Doppler fluometry. The use of diet therapy reduced pain and post-traumatic soft tissue edema, which allowed us to limit the use of analgesics and reduce the time of rehabilitation. Normalized biochemical parameters. The conclusion was made about the positive effect of the vitamin-mineral complex on the functioning of the joints and the recovery processes in trophic soft tissue disorders and the development of post-traumatic edema. Recommendations were developed for representative groups of children with a traumatological profile: 3–7 years old — one capsule twice, 8–14 years old — one capsule three times a day during meals.
