Проведен анализ основных мировых глобальных и региональных вызовов/проблем и их влияния на перспективы развития систем аккумулирования и хранения энергии в России. Рассмотрены различные механизмы и инструменты государственной и частной поддержи технологии аккумулирования и хранения энергии в странах-лидерах по развитию данной энергетической отрасли (страны Европейского Союза, США, Китай). Сформулированы ключевые рекомендаций для обеспечения возможности создания рынка систем накопления энергии в России. Научная новизна заключается в разработке теоретических и методологических положений системы стимулирования развития технологий аккумулирования и хранения энергии, базирующихся на опыте стран с высоким уровнем технологического развития в энергетической сфере, способной обеспечивать постановку и достижение стратегических технологических фронтиров развития государства. Рекомендации могут быть использованы в практике разработки стратегических и программных документов энергетической отрасли, включая отраслевые программы развития и корпоративные документы энергетических компаний; в обосновании проектов по реализации инициатив по созданию и развитию систем накопления энергии; в процессе разработки образовательных программ в сфере энергетики и проектов сотрудничества вузов с предприятиями реального сектора экономики.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of the research is to analyze the needs for supporting developed systems of energy storage and storage systems. The analysis of the main global global challenges and challenges associated with the prospects for the development of energy storage and storage systems in Russia. Energy storage and storage technologies in the leading countries for the development of this energy industry (European Union countries, USA, China). Recommendations are formulated to ensure the possibility of creating energy storage systems in Russia. Scientific novelty lies in the development of theoretical and methodological provisions of a system for stimulating the development of energy storage and storage technologies, based on experiments with a high level of technological development in the energy sector, capable of setting and achieving strategic technological fronts of state development.
