В статье исследованы современные формы взаимоотношений университетов и региональной среды. Взаимодействие высшего учебного заведения и территории не только оказывает решающее влияние на подготовку квалифицированных кадров для региональной экономики, не только способствует значительному увеличению научно-технического потенциала региона, но и решающе воздействует на социально-экономическую экосистему региона в целом. Выявлены условия роста жизнедеятельности вузов. На основании практик выводятся три формы взаимодействия региона и вуза. Исследованы эффективные формы интеграции. В рамках построенной экономической модели описываются «трансфер знаний» и участие университета в развитии региональной «экономики знаний». В ходе анализа основных проблем управления высшими учебными заведениями предлагается, как одно из оптимальных решений, внедрение в вузах программно-проектного управления взамен линейно-административного. Указаны принципы, ставшие теми приоритетами, на которые должен ориентироваться университет, начиная системную деятельность по собственному развитию и интеграции в региональные процессы. Авторами рассматриваются различные модели взаимодействия университета и региональных сообществ, их основные проблемы и возможные пути развития. Проанализированы внутренние и внешние вызовы классическому высшему учебному университету со стороны современных общественных реалий. Вводится понятие современного частного университета и нестандартных образовательных проектов, в том числе проектов типа Университета 20.35. Путем обращения к опыту стран с развитой экономикой в формировании современных образовательных трендов предложены перспективные пути взаимодействия различных образовательных систем. В работе делается вывод о неизбежности процесса интеграции ВУЗа и бизнес - сообщества региона на основе эффективных форм и инструментов их взаимодействия. Этот процесс требует от руководителей как региона, так и образовательных учреждений понимания необходимости и его неизбежности для повышения конкурентоспособности региональной экономики.

The article examines the modern forms of relationships between universities and the regional environment. The interaction of the university and the region has a positive effect on the training of qualified personnel for the regional economy, and also contributes to a significant increase in the scientific and technical potential of the region. Models of interaction between the university and regional communities, their main problems and possible ways of development are considered. The challenges to the classical university from the side of modern social realities are analyzed.
