Одним из наиболее актуальных вопросов является проблема переработки и утилизации отходов, в том числе и упаковочных материалов. Сегодня многие производители внедряют новые технологии и материалы, которые способствуют уменьшению экологического воздействия на окружающую среду. Биоразлагаемая упаковка является одним из способов снижения негативного воздействия на окружающую среду, поскольку она не накапливается в природе и разлагается естественным путем в более короткие сроки по сравнению с пластиком и комбинированными материалами. Однако, несмотря на ее преимущества, она не является универсальным решением проблемы экологической устойчивости. Ее производство может быть более затратным и сложным, чем традиционных упаковочных материалов, а также существуют определенные ограничения на ее использование. В данной статье описаны результаты опроса, проводимого среди жителей Астраханской области, для выявления потребительских предпочтений в области использования биоразлагаемых упаковки и упаковочных материалов. В результате анализа полученных данных был составлен целевой портрет потребителя, определен уровень осведомленности об биоразлагаемых упаковках и упаковочных материалов. Также было выявлено, что наиболее популярными биоразлагаемыми материалами у потребителей являются биобумага и биопластик, а главным фактором при выборе упаковки является удобство использования. Несмотря на то, что более 70% респондентов предпочли биоразлагаемые упаковку и упаковочные материалы традиционным изделиям из пластика, лишь не многие готовы переплатить за данный тип упаковки, что является результатом социально-экономической ситуации Астраханского региона.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Today more and more people pay attention to the problem of ecology and sustainable development. One of the most pressing issues is the problem of recycling and disposal of waste, including packaging materials. Today, many manufacturers are introducing new technologies and materials that help reduce the environmental impact on the environment. Biodegradable packaging is one of the ways to reduce the negative impact on the environment, because it does not accumulate in nature and decomposes naturally in a shorter time compared to plastic and combined materials. However, despite its advantages, it is not a universal solution to the problem of environmental sustainability. Its production can be more costly and complex than traditional packaging materials, and there are certain restrictions on its use. This article describes the results of a survey conducted among the residents of the Astrakhan region to identify consumer preferences for the use of biodegradable packaging and packaging materials. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained, the target consumer portrait was compiled, and the level of awareness of biodegradable packaging and packaging materials was determined. It was also revealed that the most popular biodegradable materials among consumers are biobaper and bioplastic, and the main factor in choosing packaging is ease of use.
