Описываются основные задачи и функции проектируемой системы с точки зрения построения оптимизационных моделей поддержки принятия решения на предприятиях сельскохозяйственной направленности. Приводится структура концептуальной модели верхнего уровня разработанной системы, которая способствует решению задач автоматизации сбора и обработки разнородных данных и формировании отчётов по результатам анализа полученных значений. На основе использования объектно-ориентированного подхода в нотации UML 2.0 разработана диаграмма прецедентов для формализации вариантов взаимодействия пользователей с модулями системы. Выделены основные категории пользователей системы. Продемонстрирована интеграция модуля отчетности, включающего стандартные шаблоны, утвержденные на законодательном уровне РФ (17 форм по основным показателям сельскохозяйственного производства). Приводится пошаговая разработка функциональных алгоритмов и концептуальной модели и выполняется построение структурных и поведенческих моделей для детального отображения информационной и логической моделей проектируемой системы управления поддержки принятия решений в региональном агропромышленном комплексе. Оценивается эффективность внедрения автоматизированного интегрированного инструментария на предприятиях различного масштаба и уровня организации производства на уровне 53%. Даются рекомендации по дальнейшему совершенствованию цифрового инструментария и внедрения передовых технологий в агропромышленном комплексе. Внедрение предложенной нами системы может существенно помочь в решении проблем автоматизации и оптимизации существующей структуры управления, а также позволяет сократить издержки производства, минимизировать использование трудовых ресурсов и в конечном счете способствует обеспечению выполнения мероприятий, заявленных в Национальной программе «Цифровая экономика Российской Федерации» в части выполнения ведомственного проекта «Цифровое сельское хозяйство».</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the possibilities of using digitalization tools in the organization and optimization of management systems for the regional agro-industrial complex. The main tasks and functions of the designed system are described in terms of constructing optimization models to support decision-making at agricultural enterprises. The structure of the top-level conceptual model of the developed system is presented, which contributes to solving the problems of automating the collection and processing of heterogeneous data and generating reports based on the results of analyzing the obtained values. Based on the use of an object-oriented approach in UML 2.0 notation, a use case diagram was developed to formalize options for user interaction with system modules. The main user categories of the system are identified. The integration of the reporting module, including standard templates approved at the legislative level of the Russian Federation (17 forms for the main indicators of agricultural production), is demonstrated. Step-by-step development of functional algorithms and conceptual model and construction of structural and behavioral models for detailed display of information and logical models of the designed management support decision-making system in the regional agro-industrial complex is carried out. The efficiency of introducing automated integrated tools at enterprises of various scales and levels of production organization is estimated at 53%.
