В статье исследованы теоретические подходы к терминам «экономический рост» и «устойчивое развитие». Указано, что «устойчивое развитие» связано с внедрением новых технологий и инноваций, а также механизмами совершенствования экономической деятельности. Понятие «устойчивое развитие» (sustainable development) включает принципы жизнеспособности и сбалансированности, в то время как экономический рост связывают с доминирующими целями (экономической политики страны, в том числе с инновационными факторами), с уровнем благосостояния ее населения: с развитием социальной структуры, с уровнем рынка труда и другими факторами. Перспективы развития страны базируются на обосновании социально-экономической модели ее поступательного движения в мировой цивилизации. Чрезмерные политические риски и экономические санкции показали, что РФ не следует полагаться на иностранный высокотехнологический импорт, а необходимо развивать импортозамещение. Изменившиеся векторы развития экономики Российской Федерации внесли свои коррективы в развитие экономики Воронежской области: замедлилась скорость перемещения капиталов, слабо развиваются региональные финансовые центры, из-за отсутствия инвестиций замедлился рост инновационного и информационного развития. Усиливается зависимость региона от процессов, происходящих на международном и федеральном уровнях. На примере Воронежской области рассмотрены факторы устойчивого развития, такие как скоординированность организационных усилий и финансовых средств для достижения нового качества жизни населения области, а также необходимость формирования новой парадигмы управления развитием региона, опирающуюся на модернизацию диверсифицированной экономики и внедрение механизмов, обеспечивающих реализацию устойчивого развития. С учетом инновационно-инвестиционной деятельности ОАО «Концерн «Созвездие» устойчиво развивается в сочетании с ростом экономики РФ и региона.

Prospects of development of the country based on the justification of the socio-economic model of its translational movement in the world civilization. Excessive political risks and economic sanctions have shown that Russia should not rely on foreign imports of high-tech, and the need to develop import substitution. Change the vector of development of the Russian economy made their adjustments to the development of the Voronezh region economy slowed down the speed of displacements, of capital, the regional financial centers develop poorly, due to lack of investment has slowed the growth of innovational and information development. There is a growing dependence of the region on the processes taking place at the international and national levels. In the example of the Voronezh area are considered factors of sustainable development such as the coordination of organizational efforts and financial resources in order to achieve a new quality of the region's population lives, and necessity of formation of a new development paradigm of management in the region, based on the modernization of diversified bath economy and the introduction of mechanisms to ensure the implementation of sustainable development. In view of the innovative-investment activity of JSC «Concern» Constellation «steady growth, coupled with an increase in the Russian Federation and the regional economy.
