Abstract
The research-and-production cluster is one of the effective forms of regional development giving steady synergetic effect, providing an intensification of the regional industry and business and promoting increase of a standard of living of the population. Formation of research-and-production clusters represents difficult process, to estimate which productivity it is represented only in long-term prospect. This circumstance causes need of use at formation of research-and-production clusters of tools of strategic management.
