Abstract
The article reveals trends in the regulatory mechanisms of the economy of processing enterprises, relatively distinctive feature of the author's position is practical recommendation on risk management as an important area of development-regulative mechanisms of related to the positioning of cluster formation and enterprises of processing industry.
