Биоконверсия растительных отходов в биополимеры и прекурсоры биоразлагаемых упаковочных материалов

Аннотация
Рациональное управление твёрдыми отходами и их повторное использование в качестве сырья для получения ценных продуктов являются важными условиями снижения экологической нагрузки, при этом биоконверсия органической биомассы рассматривается как более экологичная альтернатива энергоёмким термическим методам переработки — газификации, пиролизу и сжиганию. В статье рассмотрены возможности биоконверсии растительных и агропромышленных органических отходов в ценные биопродукты, применимые при создании биоразлагаемых упаковочных материалов. Поиск и отбор литературных источников проводили с учётом рекомендаций PRISMA 2020 по ключевым словам на русском и английском языках с последующим удалением дублирующих и нерелевантных публикаций и полнотекстовым просмотром работ. Обобщены основные микробиологические и ферментативные методы переработки биомассы — ферментация, ферментативный гидролиз и солюбилизация, — а также факторы, влияющие на эффективность процесса: состав субстрата, выбор штамма-продуцента, тип ферментации и физико-химические условия культивирования, включая температуру, pH, аэрацию, перемешивание и объём инокулята. Рассмотрены особенности твердофазной и глубинной ферментации в периодическом, непрерывном режимах и в режиме с подпиткой. Особое внимание уделено использованию кожуры фруктов и овощей, шелухи, опилок, отрубей, жома и других растительных остатков как доступного сырья для получения органических кислот, ферментов, бактериальной целлюлозы, полигидроксиалканоатов, γ-полиглутаминовой кислоты и других биополимеров. Приведены примеры получения молочной кислоты из овсяной лузги, мискантуса и пивной дробины, γ-полиглутаминовой кислоты из гидролизата опилок тополя с выходом 30,87 ± 0,44 г/л, бактериальной целлюлозы из овсяной шелухи. Показано, что продукты биоконверсии могут выполнять различные функции в составе биоразлагаемых плёнок, покрытий и композитных упаковочных материалов, что способствует снижению экологической нагрузки и развитию ресурсосберегающих технологий.
