Abstract

The social stratification deepens in modern Russian society that finds living and in system of the formation. The Variety of the forms and methods of the education is accompanied from and sequesterring approach to participant of the pedagogical process. There are the processes to localizations of the formation, giving to him of the forms, that is reached orientation on the individual (above the average) to particularities of the development, on "purse of the parents", on religious or attribute. Omni directional, public need, integer and function, executed once-personal social institute, obstruct institute general and special formation, development of the programs to social rehabilitation and integrations, mode supports. The Influence process data particularly sharply feel on itself people with limited carry of health (OVZ), their families and that social structures, which is called cotton wool to him social, pedagogical help. The Category of the persons with OVZ is presented by people of the miscellaneous of the age, having different on degree of the difficulties and nature decline-thread in development.
