THE ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY OF THE PRODUCTS OF HYDROLYSIS OF NATURAL POLYMERS (MANNAN AND FUCOIDAN)

Abstract

The antioxidant activity of oligosaccharides, obtained from mild acid and fermentative mannan and fucoidan hydrolysis was investigated. Dependence of manno- and fucoooligosaccharides antioxidant activity on hydrolysis conditions was shown.
