ROASTED COFFEE PRODUCTS PRODUCTION LINE ENERGETIC EFFICIENCY EVALUATION BY EXERGY ANALYSIS

Abstract

The exergy analysis was carried out in the view of roasted coffee products production line energetic efficiency increase. The scheme dividing into seven reference surfaces was made. The system exergy balance was drawn up. Specific exergy and internal and external loss were calculated for every surface. Grassmann-Shargut diagram was constructed. By means of exergetic efficiency calculating the ways of system development were analyzed.
