Market research fishes as process industry rawmaterial base

Abstract
The paper considers the problem of non-waste technologies in rybope-rerabatyvayuschey industry, revealed the relevance of market research pond fish, since their processing about 60% - waste that can be used as the constituent elements of raw materials for processing industries, including feed.
