The exergy analysis was carried out in the view of roasted coffee products production line energetic efficiency increase. The scheme dividing into seven reference surfaces was made. The system exergy balance was drawn up. Specific exergy and internal and external loss were calculated for every surface. Grassmann-Shargut diagram was constructed. By means of exergetic efficiency calculating the ways of system development were analyzed.

The article considers the issues of current degraded state of aquatic biological resources of the Volga-Caspian Sea basin and provides specific data on commercial stocks of fish. The main reasons for decrease in natural stocks of ichthyofauna are regulation and pollution of the spawning rivers, adverse hydrological conditions, injudicious hunting, poaching pressure. To improve the state of natural stocks of fish it is necessary to increase their reproduction and implement measures to restore and rational exploitation of aquatic bioresources of the Volga- Caspian Sea basin.

The extraction of glucose and fructose from aqueous salt solutions containing aromatic amino acids (phenylalanine, tryptophan, tyrosine), hydrophilic solvents (aliphatic alcohols, alkyl acetates, ketones) have been studied. The quantitative characteric of the process (the distribution coefficients, the degree of extraction, separation factors) are calculeted. The dependence of distribution ratios of monosaccharides from the amino acid content in the solution has been established. A mobile phase for analysis of the concentrate by ascending thin layer chromatography have been developed.

Abstract
General lows of extraction of B vitamins in aquatic environments of the solution of polymers (poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone, poly-N-vinilkaprolaktam) has been studied. The influence of polymer concentration and structure on the distribution coefficients and degree of extraction of vitamins has been established. As a result, the direct search of a stable two-phase systems based on water-soluble polymers has been developed effective systems for the extraction of vitamin B from aqueous salt solutions.

Additives on the basis of by-products of manufacture of vegetable oil intensify process of biodegradation of the polyethylene filled with starch, and wax, on the contrary, has negative an effect on biodegradation, it is confirmed on microscopic mushrooms Penicillium, Rhizopus, Aspergillus. Presence of a protective wax cover reduces water absorption of compositions and washing away of components in water, it is an indirect estimation of low efficiency of biodegradation. Processing of compositions by enzyme α-amilaza raises effect of biodecomposition.

Abstract
Potentiometric titration method was used to study quality complex formation between low methylated pectin and proteins concentrated from whey. It’s shown that at рН>IEP of the lactoglobulin the interaction occurs between negatively charged chains of LM-pectin and positively charged patches of polypeptide chains. The biopolymers ratio had no significant effect on the initial pH of soluble complex formation (pHc); addition of sodium chloride decreased pHc and pK0 of complexes, which linked to electrostatic nature of complex formation between LM-pectin and whey proteins.
